Bill's Blog

Updated: Nov 15, 2023

Welcome to my first blog!

I'm excited to have you join me. Since I am new to this avenue of communication, I ask that you bear with me as I work out the kinks in my delivery.

As you may already know, I have been writing all my life, everything from short stories, novelettes, and articles to poetry and songs. I began publishing as an Indie author in 2017. I'm happy to report that my books are now selling around the world!

After growing up in southern Indiana and spending a mere eight years in sunny Florida, I now make my home in the desert Southwest. What an adjustment that has been! From the hilly, forested Midwest to the semitropics to the suburbs of Las Vegas, I have lived and worked in a variety of climates, and had the pleasure of experiencing different cultures, becoming close friends with amazing people from many exotic lands. My life has been enriched by these experiences!

In my future blogs, I will share the process of researching and writing my first historical true crime novel, entitled Renegade: The Legend of Queho. I think you will be amazed, as I certainly was, by what my research about Nevada's first serial killer revealed, as well as what it took to cull out the countless rumors and fake news, believable yet unverifiable.

I will also explore the oddity of common expressions and phrases, as well as give lighthearted instruction of a variety of topics, such as the art of wretched customer service. You can look forward to a lot of humor, some tragedy, and even a few things that I cannot yet bring myself to write about. Some of my posts may be combined into future books.

The next time we get together, we'll turn another page and see what adventures are awaiting us!

Thanks for joining me. I welcome your comments and feedback.
